The robe is called Bloodfyre Robes of Annihilation, this item is looted from a purple container called Cache of the Legion found in The Mechanar beside the elevator

 Belt is Mage-Fury Girdle drops from Quagmirran in The Slave Pens Only on heroic

The boots dont really matter, but the gloves are called Cindercloth Gloves this is a tailoring recipe,
