Rules Of Transmogrification

Transmogrification is a great feature, unfortunately it has limits, we can only hope that in the future they will expand these limits and allow even more creativity in gear creation, for now heres the rules of transmogging :)

Weapons

First of, you cannot transmog legendary weapon.

You can only transmog a weapon of the same type as your current.

Example:

a sword cannot be made to lood like a mace, only a sword can be transmogged onto a sword etc.

(Shield)

Shields cannot be transmogged to look like an offhand item, it can only be another shield.

Gear

You can only transmog the same type of gear as your current.

Example:

Cloth cannot be transmogged to look like a plate, mail or leather item, nor can plate, mail or leather look like cloth, you can only transmog cloth onto cloth, leather onto leather etc.
